Big "T" Little "t", what begins with "T"?
Third week at the temple
And a towering tall tree.
Big "F" Little "f", what begins with "F"?
Fragrant foilage flowering
In front of a sidewalk path.
Big "C" Little "c", what begins with "C"?
Billowing cumulus clouds
And a colored creeping bee.
Big "R" Little "r", what begins with "R"?
Random running rain
And a reddish rented car.
We began our week in the temple as baptistry coordinators. Brother and Sister Christensen were released as shift coordinators last week and they are our trainers for this week. There was a scheduled baptism session of Single Adults at 11:30 a.m. They are here for the week spending each day in the temple doing ordinances. They brought their own family names and they did the baptisms and confirmations for about 150 individuals. They were so happy to be in the temple and on task with taking care of all the details. One sister was Dutch and asked that the baptism and confirmation for her names be said in Dutch. One of the brothers in the group spoke Dutch so he accommodated the situation.
Part of our duty as coordinators is to take the towels and jumpsuits to the laundry afterward and put them in the washers. The washers are commercial with pre-programmed cycles, including automatic detergent dispensing. We loaded all three units, put the rooms in order and finished up at 2 p.m. The other shift was coming on, so we were excused early to go home.
It was lined up for Brother Davis to take us, the Masih's, the Cooper's, and Sister Adler to Oxted to the library to get bus passes. We went to meet him at 4 p.m. as planned but we could not go. The missionaries had taken our minibus and had it checked out until 9 p.m. tonight. Brother Davis was none too happy but said we can go tomorrow. He said in his six months of being here, this is the first time this has happened. He went right in and made sure he had the minibus on the schedule for tomorrow. Along with the trip, we had planned to eat out for dinner, or as Sister Adler would say: "Have a meal."

We were all standing around talking about what we would do now, when Sister Adler invited us and the Masih's to her flat for dinner in an hour. Sister Masih and I went over early to help prepare the food; me bringing broccoli and celery and she bringing ice cream. There was asparagus, corn, peas, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and potatoes. She had cooked pork chops, chicken, and lamb chops. It was a feast and we all ate up. She served canned pineapple chunks with the ice cream and had grape juice and pear juice to drink. We sat around and visited and got to know a little more about one another. We have met so many wonderful people here. It has been a blessing to us.
